Kami Bailey, CPA, Promoted to Partner at Whitlock

Whitlock is pleased to announce the promotion of Kami Bailey, CPA, to the position of Partner. This well-deserved promotion reflects Kami's skills, dedication, and contributions to the firm over the past decade.

Kami joined Whitlock in 2013 and has consistently showcased her talent and expertise in the field of accounting. Her journey began at Missouri State University, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2012. Kami then pursued a Master of Accountancy, which she successfully completed in 2013, also from Missouri State University. Kami then earned her CPA certification in 2015.

Throughout her tenure at Whitlock, Kami has primarily focused on assisting community banks in taxation and consulting matters. Moreover, Kami has played a pivotal role in serving small businesses and individuals, providing them with tax planning and preparation services.

Beyond her professional achievements, Kami has actively contributed to the betterment of her community. She has served on the board for Harmony House, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence. Additionally, Kami has been a member of Leadership Springfield, an influential program aimed at cultivating leadership skills and fostering community growth.

Kami’s focus on mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment has been an asset in the development of her colleagues and the firm. Whitlock looks forward to her continued contributions as a Partner and contributing to the firm's ongoing success.
