As Managing Partner since June 2011, Joseph focuses on audit and tax services for clients in fields such as colleges and universities, manufacturing and distribution, electric utilities and construction and high-net-worth individuals.

David is an experienced Public Accountant and leader, and advises business owners and financial officers of closely held companies on how to grow profitably while minimizing taxes.

As Partner and Banking Group Leader, Tom has 40+ years of experience and specializes in helping community banks thrive in a difficult regulatory environment.

With 20+ years of experience, Kathy specializes in small business accounting services, business and individual taxation, computer software consulting, and employee benefit audits.

Marty provides audit and other consulting services to financial institutions. His background includes serving as assistant controller for a bank service bureau and working for a large regional bank accounting firm. Marty has worked extensively with the firm’s banking clients across the Midwest for over 17 years.

Steve has more than 25 years of experience as a business advisor and confidant to financial institutions, middle market companies and their stakeholders. Steve specializes in consolidated tax returns, S corporation planning and compliance matters, accounting methods and periods, and assistance with IRS and state tax return examinations.

With more than 20 years of experience in taxation, Jennifer focuses primarily on business tax, cost segregation studies and not-for-profit organization taxes.

Jay prepares and reviews federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations (regular C and sub S) and partnerships and expertly researches and reports on tax issues raised by clients and governmental agencies.

Kami specializes in tax, internal audits, and ACH audits. Kami earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 2012 and a Master of Accountancy degree in 2013 from Missouri State University.

As a Partner and with 15+ years of combined experience, Chris is an Information Technology Security Specialist for Community Banks.

Olivia has been with The Whitlock Co. since 2014 and focuses on individual and business taxes, not-for-profits, employee benefit plan audits, and tax implications for gifts and trusts. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Accounting from Drury University in 2014 and her CPA in 2019. Olivia is the volunteer treasurer for the Greene County Sherriff’s Mounted Posse.
