Marty provides audit and other consulting services to financial institutions. His background includes serving as assistant controller for a bank service bureau and working for a large regional bank accounting firm. Marty has worked extensively with the firm’s banking clients across the Midwest for over 17 years.
Steve has more than 25 years of experience as a business advisor and confidant to financial institutions, middle market companies and their stakeholders. Steve specializes in consolidated tax returns, S corporation planning and compliance matters, accounting methods and periods, and assistance with IRS and state tax return examinations.
Matt has more than 30 years of experience with bank mergers and acquisitions, formerly serving as managing director of a large regional consulting firm. Matt also specializes in regulatory filings and changes in control. He has actively supported the Missouri Bankers Association (MBA), Kansas Bankers Association, (KBA), and Missouri Independent Bankers Association (MIBA) for the past 20 years.
Olivia has been with The Whitlock Co. since 2014 and focuses on individual and business taxes, not-for-profits, employee benefit plan audits, and tax implications for gifts and trusts. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Accounting from Drury University in 2014 and her CPA in 2019. Olivia is the volunteer treasurer for the Greene County Sherriff’s Mounted Posse.
Chelsey is a certified public accountant specializing in audits. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s degree in business administration from Drury University. She held chief financial officer positions at multiple companies before coming to Whitlock.
